Remote healthcare services are coming soon

These services will become available once the required registration and authorisation processes have been completed. No remote healthcare service is currently provided through this section.

How your patient reached today matters as much as what they tell you when they call. Review the health history they chose to share, their concerns and the measurements their smartwatch supports, side by side.

  • How has their sleep changed?
  • How does their activity compare with last month?
  • Which period does the concern they describe fall in?

02Clinics and dental practices

In preparation

Run your clinic’s day from one place.

Where new patients find you.A daily management centre for your team.

Restncare is a clinic-management and patient-communication system: it brings your working process together from first request to appointment, from assessment to proposal, from payment to the next review.

03Personal-care professionals and salons

In the first release

Show your work. Bring your service to more moments of life.

Show your experience, your qualifications and your work. Serve at your venue or travel to your customer’s home in the areas you can reach; settle the scope and the price in advance.

04Teams, groups and branches

In preparation

A wedding morning for five, one job for your team.

The customer writes once who needs what, where, and by when everyone must be ready. You prepare a proposal with your team, plan the preparation times and turn the accepted job into a reservation.

Branches

In preparation

Several locations, one centre

Businesses with several branches manage their locations centrally, while staff see only the branches they are authorised for. For a single location the flow stays simple: no branch choice appears.

Trust and qualifications

Make your experience visible and your qualifications easy to understand.

You submit your education, experience, certificates, licences and any service or branch authorisations for review. What appears on your profile depends on what has been reviewed.

  • Today: certificate review

    In the first release

The certificates you upload are reviewed and appear on your profile as “document reviewed”, with the document’s name and the review date.

  • Precise verification summaries

    In preparation

For licences, education, experience and service-specific authorisations: what was checked, its scope and jurisdiction, the review date and the expiry. Information that has not been reviewed is marked separately as “self-declared”.

  • Uploading a document is not verification

An uploaded document is evidence; it creates no badge on your profile until it has been reviewed. There are no vague “approved” badges and no wording that suggests a quality guarantee or a government endorsement.

  • Your documents stay private

    In the first release

Only you and the review team see the raw documents; the customer is shown the summary only.

  • No stars or scores for doctors

Doctor profiles carry no stars and no public patient scores; they show factual qualifications, institutions and experience. What does the customer see?

What approval requires

How the application works

Individual providers, salons and beauty centres, doctors, clinics and insurance organisations can apply.

  1. Create an account or sign in. You apply with a Restncare account; after signing in you return to the application.
  2. Fill in your details. Choose your applicant type, describe yourself or your organisation and where you will provide services. Your draft is saved, so you can stop and continue later.
  3. Upload your documents. The documents requested for your applicant type are shown during the application. Only the review team sees them; an uploaded document is reviewed as evidence, and uploading it does not mean it has been accepted.
  4. Follow the status. You follow the status of your application, any corrections the review team asks for, and the decision, on the application screen.
  5. Publish your eligible, approved services. After approval you define and publish your services, prices and working hours.

Nothing is published and there is no partner access before approval: until you are approved you cannot publish services or take bookings.

What approval gives

  • Access to the partner panel.
  • Defining and publishing your services, prices and working hours.
  • Receiving booking requests, and accepting or declining them.

What approval does not give

  • Applying grants no access by itself.
  • An uploaded document is evidence; it does not earn a verification badge automatically.
  • Doctors and clinics: approval does not enable clinical or health functionality.
  • Insurance organisations: approval ends in “approved, onboarding pending”; for now it gives no panel access.
