For instance, when you make a last will, that document is stored by yourself, which can be lost in the event of your untimely passing if you did not disclose it to your family. Your lawyer’s responsibility ends when the last will document is drawn up, and any arrangement after that is on your own.
We help our clients with private instructions that they may not want their family members to know while they are alive, or for some, they do not have any family left. We store all personal information securely and check in with our clients on a quarterly basis to verify their status and update on any existing information provided. We do not store any legal documentation for our clients, but can assist them on carrying out due diligence on their legal affairs and make appropriate arrangements.
